STORAGE

INGREDIENTS

Important Information

Our treats do not have any preservatives, so it is important to store them accordingly. For longest-lasting freshness, we recommend storing your dogs' treats in an airtight plastic container. We recommend storing any treats that contain meat or dairy products in the refrigerator. Most of the treats should last approximately 3 weeks. If you choose to freeze items, it is important to let the treats de-thaw completely before serving them to your dog as frozen items could damage your dog's teeth, could be too cold for your dog's system to handle, and could cause vomiting.

CAROB- A CHOCOLATE SUBSTITUTE:

Carob is used in our recipes because chocolate is very toxic to dogs. Carob is a chocolate substitute that is very nutritious.

EGGS:

Some store brand dog treats contain eggs which include the yolk, whites, and shells. Our recipes do NOT include eggshells because eggshells contain bacteria and chemicals that can make your dog very sick.

SALT AND SUGAR:

Salt can be harmful for dogs, so our recipes do not contain any ingredients with added salt. Our dipped cookies and truffles contain minimal amounts of organic sugars and some sprinkles, which are not harmful to dogs if given in small portions.
